STAGE 1 - PRE DESIGN SERVICE (Inc. SITE MEASURE)
These are services and parts of the process that occur before the Concept Design Stage and may include;
l Pre Purchase Advice
l Feasibility & Cost Planning
l Formulating the Brief

l Setting an appropriate budget
Aims:
To sort out what the project might be (if anything) and then to tighten up the brief before beginning the concept Design
Likely Scope of Work:
1. Site visit, first client meeting (existing drawing plan provided by client)
2. Site Analysis
3. Research regarding zoning and other controls
4. Block Diagram (coloured)
5. Alternative planning (black and white)
6. Second client meeting
7. Fee proposal provided by A&I Group International Pty Ltd
STAGE 2 (after contract) – DESIGN WORK PROCESS
Aims:
l Concept design - meets client brief & exceeds their expectations.
l Design development - To resolve & amend the initial concept sketches and prepare drafted preliminary plans, elevations and sketches for review and costing. Increase the level of detail shown on the drawings.
l Centre approval - To progress your project through the centre approval process with a little fuss and fewer changes as possible.

STAGE 3 – FIT-OUT DOCUMENTS & PROCESS (FITTING DRAWING)
Aims:
- To provide detailed construction documents for tendering and construction. Fulfill & improve on the original design concepts.
- Final site measurement and check site conditions to apply approved design.
- The measurements should be in detail to create cut-to-size plan for order.

l Incorporation of any changes or amendments
l Upgrade current documents for tender
l Lighting & Electrical layouts
l Detailed Trade by trade specification
l Materials & Finishes Schedule
l Incorporating the work of consultant (ex. M1/M2)
